2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from actual products.
Compatible/third-party cartridges are not manufactured by the original printer manufacturer. Brand names are used for compatibility reference only.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to product availability.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods available through Stripe.
An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.

4. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. Standard shipping is $18 flat rate.
Free shipping on orders over $200.
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please see our Returns Policy for full details. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for products with a major fault.

6. Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FetchInk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
